New Year’s Day

If your normal payday is scheduled on Wednesday: 

Since Wednesday is a federal holiday, all banks and shipping companies will be closed and no payroll can be dated for Wednesday, 1/1/2025. All payrolls dated for Wednesday will automatically be changed to Tuesday,12/31/24. Therefore, all payroll hours will need to be submitted to us no later than 10:00am on Monday,12/30/24, to ensure everything is completed and transactions are made on time. There will be a lot to complete in a short time, so please submit your hours early.

If your normal payday is scheduled on Thursday: 

The check dates will all remain as Thursday, 1/2/2025. Since Wednesday is a federal holiday, all banks and shipping companies will be closed. All payroll hours will need to be turned in no later than 10:00am on Tuesday, 12/31/24, to ensure everything is completed and transactions are made on time. There will be a lot to complete in a short time, so please submit your hours as early in the week as possible.

If your normal payday is scheduled on Friday: 

The check dates will all remain as Friday, 1/3/2025. Since Wednesday is a federal holiday, all banks and shipping companies will be closed. All payroll hours will need to be turned in no later than 10:00am on Thursday, 1/02/2025, to ensure everything is completed and transactions are made on time. There will be a lot to complete in a short time, so please submit your hours as early in the week as possible.

Very Important: if want your payroll dated differently than the schedule below please let us know ASAP.
